- Expert advice and recommendations
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device and app access
- Providing accurate and truthful information
- Using the App in compliance with applicable laws
- Not interfering with the App's functionality

Your pond management data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. We do not have access to your personal data unless you explicitly share it for AI processing.
6.2 AI Processing
When using premium AI features, your data may be processed by third-party AI services. This processing is temporary and for analysis purposes only.
6.3 Data Control
You maintain full control over your data. You can export, delete, or modify your data at any time through the App's settings.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 App Ownership
The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by KoiAi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create using the App (photos, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content for App functionality.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
8.1 App Availability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KoiAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. You can also delete the App from your device to terminate this agreement.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Your data will remain on your device unless you delete the App.
